The eQuGPS GPS beacon uses three location technologies at once: GPS, Wi-Fi, and LBS. They complement each other and allow you to receive location data not only in the open air, but also in many cases indoors, in warehouses, parking lots, and other places where the GPS signal may be weak.

Accuracy depends on conditions and available positioning method:

• GPS - up to 5 meters in open terrain;
• Indoor GPS - up to 20 meters in favorable conditions;
• Wi-Fi - up to 20 meters, including in many rooms;
• LBS - approximately 20 to 150 meters, depending on the density of mobile base stations.

For GPS positioning, you can also adjust the duration of the satellite search, finding the optimal balance between the accuracy of determining coordinates and battery consumption.

Yes. The eQuGPS system displays the current or last known location of the GPS beacon on the map, as well as all previous recorded positions.

History is stored throughout the entire period of use of the device and remains available for 1 year after the end of use.

The work schedule can be flexibly adjusted depending on the task - from data transfer every minute to one communication session per week.

There are three main modes available:

At an interval. The beacon wakes up after a specified period of time — from 1 minute to 7 days.

At a specified time. You can set up to 4 specific data transfer times throughout the day. For example, every day at 05:00.

Weekly schedule. You can select specific days of the week and times when the beacon should communicate.

Settings are performed remotely via a convenient interface. For corporate clients , mass configuration of a large number of beacons is also provided.

The approximate battery life depends primarily on the frequency of the device's communication:

• up to 36 months - with one start per day;
• up to 60 months - when working on a weekly schedule.

This way, you can choose the operating mode for a specific task and the required autonomy time.

No. The eQuGPS GPS beacon is a completely autonomous wireless device, so it does not require a connection to the car's electrical system.

The device is powered by replaceable CR123A Li-MnO₂ lithium batteries. This allows for concealed installation without laying wires and interfering with the vehicle's electrical equipment.

The eQuGPS GPS beacon is designed primarily for long-term autonomous and covert operation, so its main algorithm is based on communicating on a set schedule, rather than constantly responding to movement.

The lack of constant activation when starting to move helps save battery power and reduces the number of radio transmissions, which is especially important for a device that must operate autonomously for years.

Yes. The GPS beacon is designed for concealed installation and has a magnetic mount.

Since the device is autonomous and does not require connection to the vehicle's on-board network, the installation location is not tied to the power wiring.

Yes. The device is equipped with a photo sensor that can detect the removal of the GPS beacon from its installation location.

You can use the system both from a smartphone and from a computer.

Yes. The system allows you to generate and export information to XLS for a selected period for both a single device and a large number of beacons.

No. eQuGPS GPS beacons do not require the installation of gateways, local base stations, or other additional infrastructure.

The devices operate autonomously, so the system can be scaled without installing additional equipment at the facilities.

The standard warranty is 12 months from the date of device activation.

When using the eQuGPS Tracking System, the first year of use of the monitoring system is included at no additional charge.

Yes. In addition to regular account access, the system provides the ability to:

• add a device to the cabinet for parallel viewing
