The eQuGPS Track Car GPS Tracker is a compact electronic device that connects to the on-board electrical system of a car or other vehicle (object) and in real time (On-Line) transmits its location to online monitoring servers, and you can monitor the movement of the object or view the history of its movements at any time via a personal computer or an application on your smartphone. The device uses GPS technology to determine its location. The position is determined with an accuracy of 5-10 m.
Additionally, the device has an "engine lock" function, which will block the car's operation if necessary. The ACC-Control function will notify you when the ignition is turned on or the lock is triggered, and the device's built-in backup battery (BAT) will provide up to 5 hours of autonomous operation in the event of a power failure.
The device also has a built-in accelerometer, which allows you to determine whether it is at rest or in motion. When in motion, it transmits its position more often, and when at rest, it transmits it less often to save energy.
In addition to GPS, the device can determine location using LBS (mobile base stations). This is a less accurate method, but allows you to quickly determine your approximate position.
The device is suitable for cars, trucks and special equipment. It works from 12–24V without modifications. To work, it is enough to connect "+" and "-".
